Challenges

Palms Caribbean Fusion is a vibrant restaurant in Beckenham, bringing together bold Caribbean flavours, global influences and contemporary presentation. The challenge was to create a stronger and more consistent brand experience across both the physical venue and its digital presence. The menus, photography, social content and website needed to work together to communicate the quality of the food, the energy of the restaurant and the wider guest experience. The website also needed to make it easier for customers to explore the menus, discover private dining and bottomless brunch experiences, and book a table across mobile and desktop.

Solution

Working closely with the Palms team, we strengthened the brand across its most important customer touchpoints. We designed and developed new food and drinks menus that presented the offering clearly while reflecting the personality and quality of the restaurant. Alongside this, we delivered professional food and interior photography, creating a consistent content library for the website, social media and wider marketing activity. We then designed and developed a responsive Webflow website that brought the full Palms experience together online. The website showcases the food, interiors, private dining and guest experience while providing clear routes to menus, offers and table bookings. The result is a more cohesive and commercially focused brand experience that better reflects the energy of Palms Caribbean Fusion, strengthens customer confidence and helps turn online interest into restaurant visits and reservations.
