Challenges
Culinary curator and MasterChef UK 2018 finalist Nisha Parmar set out to introduce her first kitchen tool to the market — a multifunctional product she personally designed to streamline prep, inspire creativity, and elevate everyday cooking. After leaving a 17-year career in banking, Nisha built a respected culinary brand centred around private dining, immersive dinner party experiences, and her debut cookbook SHARE: Asian Dinner Party Dishes. Constantly travelling with a wide range of tools, she envisioned a single, beautifully crafted product that could replace a peeler, julienne cutter, scraper, and grater, while also handling potatoes, ginger, garlic, and more.To bring this vision to life, she needed a complete brand and digital ecosystem. This included a premium identity and packaging design, a high-converting e-commerce platform, compelling video demonstrations, lifestyle imagery, and consistent social media content to activate her strong online audience. The challenge wasn’t just launching a product — it was building a brand with the foundations to grow, scale, and connect emotionally with customers.
Solution
We partnered closely with Nisha and her manufacturing teams to guide the product from concept to launch, ensuring every element aligned with her vision and culinary philosophy. We developed a refined brand identity and packaging system that positioned Niche as both functional and aspirational. Our creative team produced a full suite of visual assets, including lifestyle photography, studio imagery, and video content that showcased the tool’s versatility and purpose.Alongside this, we designed and built a bespoke Shopify store engineered for conversion, efficiency, and automation, making it effortless for customers to move from discovery to purchase. We supported Nisha further through social media management and content creation, ensuring that her digital presence was cohesive, engaging, and sales-driven. Every part of the journey — from product design to online experience — was crafted to build trust, communicate value, and generate momentum from day one.
