Our client, a family-run business rooted in the hospitality sector, approached us to craft an innovative new food concept. To bring their vision to life, we were entrusted to transform the brand image of a well-known but unloved coaching inn into the alluring home of the owners pioneering plan.
Solution
Keeping the venue’s storied past in mind, we created a compelling brand name that seamlessly integrated into the fabric of the local community. We enlisted the expertise of renowned chef, Nisha Parmar, to add a contemporary twist to an otherwise traditional menu, while enhancing its design and usability. Teaming up with the client and our PR specialists, we hosted a successful venue launch that was loved by the locals, and paved the way for the business's unstoppable rise.
