Challenges
dion had all the ingredients of a successful venue — a prime location near St Paul’s Cathedral, a strong food and drink offering, and an established reputation since 2004. However, the brand lacked consistency across key touchpoints, and the existing website was not converting visitors into bookings. Despite being in a highly competitive City location, dion was not being discovered effectively at a local level. Previous unreliable suppliers had also left the brand fragmented, creating a disconnect between the in-venue experience and the digital presence. The business needed a cohesive approach that aligned with modern guest expectations and positioned the brand strongly for 2026.
Solution
We developed a comprehensive brand action plan to realign and elevate dion’s entire presence. A new website was designed and built to improve user experience and drive conversions, ensuring the digital journey reflected the quality of the venue. Alongside this, we implemented Google Maps marketing, SEO and AI-driven strategies to significantly improve local visibility and discoverability. Updated menu design, video content and Street View integration enhanced the brand across all touchpoints, creating a consistent and engaging experience both online and offline. The result is a more unified, high-performing brand that not only looks the part but works commercially — driving increased footfall, stronger local presence and improved revenue.
