Artisan - Novotel London West

Challenges
Novotel London West, a Hammersmith-based hotel under the Accor group. They faced a significant setback with the closure of its restaurant, Artisan, due to the pandemic. Determined to re-establish Artisan as a unique dining destination, the vision was to introduce a new Josper grill offering. The existing restaurant concept felt outdated, and required a refresh to align with the vision of Artisan as a destination concept. A misalignment between the current brand and menu and the future vision prompted the need for a complete overhaul.
Solution
We revitalised Novotel London West's Artisan restaurant by working closely with the general manager and conducting a comprehensive menu design workshop. Through careful iterations, we developed a menu concept that perfectly matched the unique Josper grill offerings and captured the essence of Artisan's vision. The inclusion of foiling in the print process enhanced the menu's luxury appeal, resulting in a notable 10-20% increase in guest spending. Novotel London West achieved its goal of aligning the brand and menu with Artisan's future vision, establishing it as a distinctive culinary destination for hotel guests and corporate clients alike.
